Where will the delegates sleep?

The delegates will sleep in the flats of AIESEC members here in Karlsruhe. These members are called host. You will be seperated from your LC. This will make the intercultural experience more easy. 

The conference is for free. Do we need money?

Actually not. We will offer you food and a place at the hosts. 

But if you are willing to buy something special from the supermarket, bakery, ... etc. you would need some money. 

Also, we can not cover all you party drinks, e.g. in pubs. 

Do we need to prepare something for the workshops?

We will contact you about the topics of the workshops. You will be able to choose one of the topics (first come, first serve).

The trainers will contact you for more preparation. We are working on it.

Do we have internet connection during the conference?

You will be very busy during this week. In some places, we cannot offer you internet. Ask your OC to help you in this case.
