Application Procedure

The first step is the application of the delegates as a group. The Head of Delegation will send the application. Deadline is the 29th August 2008.

The application can be sent via e- mail  to the Delegate- Coordinator Selim (selim.mutlu@yahoo.de)

We need the following information:

1.)    Detailed information of the Head of Delegation (.doc / .pdf )

2.)    Name, age, position of each Delegate (.doc / .pdf )

3.)    A letter of motivation from the whole Delegation (.doc / .pdf )

After you receive an acceptance mail from us each delegate has to write a short letter of motivation (100 – 200 words), send us a picture, prepare him/herself for the conference and check the entry requirements to Germany.
