This is an international Exchange Project provided by AIESEC
in Kalrsruhe in cooperation with our main partner SEW EURODRIVE
in Bruchsal. It is focussed on quality exchage and mutual
benefit among university, studets, companies and AIESEC.
We want to ensure that all trainees can contribute to this
project in their best and most effective way. It is our goal
to combine the strenghts of students with different cultural
and knowledge background to form a high-potential team. They
will be capable to analyze problems in diverse prospectives
and find creative and integrated solutions
CAUSE's Pre-Phase
The preparation, taking place at the University of Karlsruhe
and in some remote places, will cover the first five days of the period specified above, just before the trainees get their hands on the project work.
Teambuilding & Communication
We perceive it as a crucial factor for an international team
to become aware of cultural differences, different team roles,
learn to respect each other and work closely together. AIESEC,
as being the world's largest student run organization, has
gathered experience on these topics throughout years and is
able to offer trainings that gained remarkable reputation
even among the world's top tier companies.
