CAUSE's Pre-Phase

The preparation, taking place at the University of Karlsruhe and in some remote places, will cover the first five days of the period specified above, just before the trainees get their hands on the project work.

Teambuilding & Communication

We perceive it as a crucial factor for an international team to become aware of cultural differences, different team roles, learn to respect each other and work closely together. AIESEC, as being the world's largest student run organization, has gathered experience on these topics throughout years and is able to offer trainings that gained remarkable reputation even among the world's top tier companies.

The Steps

  • Preparation by AIESEC and the University of Karlsruhe

  • Project work in multicultural team at SEW EURODRIVE

  • Presentation of the Results

Content Preparation

We are in close contact to the local universities and institutes and CAUSE is planning to support the participants with the following Content Preparation:

  • Training on Marketing and Sales Planning provided by a highly reputated institute of the University of Karlsruhe

  • Trainings on Enterprise Ressource Planning and other IT relevant subjects before and during the project provided by by a second institute of the University of Karlsruhe

  • Introduction to the topic and project briefing by SEW EURODRIVE

The Team

Teamwork plays an important role in the team of five international students. Social responsibility and co-work is one major part and will be trained. The participants get in contact with people from all over the world and will learn to see things from a different point of view.
