Der International Schlonz ist eine große internationale Party mit den an der Uni vertretenen Ländern. Das Konzept des Abends nennt man auch "Glboal Village".

Beim "Global Village" werden Studenten aus verschiedenen Ländern mit Tänzen, Musik und kulinarischen Genüssen ihr Land vorstellen. Ziel der Veranstaltung ist es, das Interesse an anderen Ländern zu wecken, Verständnis für andere Kulturen zu fördern und die Vielfalt in der Welt zu feiern.
Für diese Veranstaltung des AKK sind Studenten aus allen Ländern eingeladen allen Interessierten mit einem Stand ihr Land (eventuell in traditionellem Kostümen) zu präsentieren.

Es sind Länder-Präsentationen und ein buntes Rahmenprogramm mit z.B. afrikanischen Trommlern, Bauchtänzerinnen, eine Salsa Tanzgruppe und anderes angedacht.  Neben Mitbringseln aus der Heimat und landeskundlichen Informationen werden den Interessierten vor die kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten aus aller Welt gefallen. Die kleinen Probierportionen sollen dazu verfüren, an möglichst vielen Ständen etwas neues zu kosten.

The "international Schlonz" is a big international party with many different countries. The concept of the event is also called "Global Village"

On a "Global Village" students from different countries present their countries with dances, music and typical food. Aim is to spark interest on other cultures, countries and to develop the cultural understanding and of course to celebrate the diversity in the world.

For this event students form all counties are invited to represent their culture with a stand. (Maybe in taditional costumes)

We also want to embed country presentations with verry little text and a colorful program containing african drumming, salsa dancegroup and bally dacers. (Hopefully)

Beside souvenirs of the home countries and country specific information the students will mainly be attracted by the tasty typical food. ;) Small potions will allure the students to taste from as many stands as possible.
