What is AIESEC?
AIESEC
is the international platform for young people to discover and develop
their potential so as to have a positive impact on society.

The way we do it
Our
approach to engaging young people consists of several important
principles that enable us to develop individuals that are valuable to
organizations and society:
- Individuals Taking Responsibility for their participation in AIESEC, resulting in a proactive attitude.
- Nurturing Self-Awareness through goal-setting, mentorship, and visioning exercises, enabling them to act with purpose.
- Challenging Perceptions of the world and themselves, allowing them to see problems and issues from different perspectives.
- Building Networks to support them in achieving their goals and visions.
- Developing Skills and Knowledge to increase their capacity to have a positive impact.
Our Reach
Our global network of offices reaches over 800 universities in 89 countries and territories.
We
attract and cultivate young people with global mindsets and we give
organizations an incredible opportunity to interact and access young
people from all corners of the globe.

level. The biggest AIESEC Conference is the International Congress with
more than 500 young people and 200 organizations involved from all
around the world.

offer more than 4000 work abroad experiences each year trough our
Exchange Program for students and recent graduates all over the world.

We involve 3500 organizations each year in our Exchange Program. They have access to top talents from all around the globe.

We
offer 5000 leadership positions each year for our members. They run our
network and have these leadership experiences on local, national and
global level.

Our members and the organisations involved with AIESEC use an online platform with 1900 online communities called AIESEC.net.

network is divided in 5 Growth Networks: Africa, Asia-Pacific, Central
and Eastern Europe, Spanish Speaking GN, Western Europe and North
America.
